Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java and Python code.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in delivering on commitments.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and picking up requirements in an open, ambiguous, or fast‑shifting environment.
• Ability to build and ship quickly while maintaining technical rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to brainstorming discussions and help shape ideas across technology, algorithms, and products.
• Dive into challenging technical problems and consistently deliver high‑quality results within defined timelines.
• Build reusable code, components, and libraries that strengthen long‑term engineering efficiency.
• Develop full‑stack features and rapidly construct minimum‑viable products when needed.
