Distribution Center Operations Coordinator
Overview
With the instruction of DC Manager and other leaders, adjust work priorities and optimize personnel assignments according to the progress of daily on-site operations in cooperation with the 3PL, and operate the site to meet shipment cut time for customer orders.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in supervisory duties such as planning work on site, coordinating with related departments, and providing work instructions to the work site
- Experience in warehousing or providing services as a 3PL provider
- Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, quality control methods
- Experience as a user of various integrated systems (ERP) such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience in leading onsite workability improvement and/or work quality improvement
- Logical Thinking Skill
- PC skills such as Excel (functions), Word, Power Point, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of daily warehouse operations and ensure that operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate with the 3PL to prioritize warehouse operations to meet customer deadlines as needed.
- Measure and visualize work productivity, work quality, and customer service performance, and develop and implement measures for improvement.
- Improve various business processes and procedures to help build smoother business operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in DC operations in cooperation with delivery companies, and promote improvement activities to build a more effective cooperative system.
- Implement measures to improve operations based on various audit requirements and contribute to the establishment of stronger operations.
- Create and compile various reports, including data tabulation and processing in Excel.
- Provide support for warehouse operations with 3PL members during busy periods and emergencies.
