Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered systems, including agents, LLM pipelines, automations, retrieval workflows, evaluation frameworks, or internal tools.
• Comfort using AI such as Claude Cowork and Claude Code to build marketing solutions.
• A working point of view on modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs, prompt and context design, agentic coding environments, and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS as a revenue stream, setting strategy, forecasting the channel, and owning its contribution to new members and lifetime value.
• Build the acquisition nurture engine by designing, building, and continuously tuning automated flows.
• Architect the AI systems layer by building agents, pipelines, and internal tooling for audience construction, content generation, personalization, QA, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.
• Partner with Product, Content, Creative, and Data Science to build lifecycle experiences.
• Apply LLMs to segment on intent, generate and grade copy variants, and explain cohort behavior.
• Lead experimentation and measurement by running A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Present performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
