Collections Strategy Analyst
Overview
This role will be responsible for Collections Strategy analytics to generate insights in strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring of complex, regulatory-sensitive loss mitigation programs.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree with quantitative underpinning (i.e., Data Science, Computer Science, Risk, Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) with 4+ years of experience in Programming/Analytics ideally in support of R
- 4+ years experience in SAS, SQL, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on quantitative analysis and creative thinking
Key Responsibilities
- Own loss mitigation program reporting and analytics: Create materials and lead monthly presentation to Collections Leadership
- Drive automation and perform ongoing validation/maintenance of new and existing loss mitigation reports
- Proactively drive visual and content enhancements to loss mitigation program reporting for volumes and performance
- Support strategic initiatives by researching industry best practices, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen pre-charge-off loss mitigation efforts
- Partner with multiple groups to implement reporting changes and assess post-implementation execution and performance
