Overview

We are seeking a Scientist, Analytical & Material Science to support research, innovation, and product development initiatives through analytical testing and material characterization. In this role, you will perform laboratory analyses, contribute to method development and validation activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality scientific data.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Material Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline with 0–3 years of relevant industry experience; or Bachelor's degree with 4–7 years of experience
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and material characterization techniques
• Experience with one or more analytical chemistry subdivisions such as chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, or mass spectrometry
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analyses of ingredients and solutions, assessing properties such as purity, molecular weight, viscosity and thermal transitions
• Assist in the development, implementation, optimization, and validation of analytical methods to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Collaborate with R&D, Innovation, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure analytical deliverables support project objectives
• Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation to ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot routine laboratory instruments and methods and escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and scientific summaries
