Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will inspect products, components, and modules, investigate the origin of deviations, analyze quality issues in mechanical and electronic fields, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with colleagues and suppliers on structural improvements.

Requirements & Eligibility
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in technische richting
- Ervaring binnen een productie-, kwaliteits- of high-tech omgeving
- Ervaring met het inspecteren van mechanische en/of elektronische producten
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsanalyses, inspecties of root causes onderzoeken
- Kennis van elektronica, PCB-assemblages en IPC-A-610 is een sterke pré
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen, modules en eindproducten
- Beoordelen en analyseren van non-conformances (NCR's)
- Uitvoeren van root cause analyses op kwaliteitsproblemen
- Onderzoeken van afwijkingen op elektronica, PCB's, mechanische onderdelen en assemblages
- Interpreteren van inspectieresultaten volgens IPC-A-610 en andere kwaliteitsstandaarden
- Samenwerken met Engineering, Operations en Supply Chain om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren
- Onderbouwen en communiceren van kwaliteitsbevindingen richting leveranciers
