Graphic Designer
Overview
As a Graphic Designer for the ESN brand, you will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing online content and print media, focusing on performance marketing, social media, and AI-driven visual assets.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Completed degree or vocational training in graphic or media design
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in performance marketing design and ad-creative optimization
- Experience in AI prompting and image generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly)
- Experience in print prepress/final artwork
- Ability to work independently and structured in a home office environment
- Proactive communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphic online content including social media posts, performance marketing ads, and newsletters
- Conceptualize and design print products such as flyers, posters, and roll-ups
- Create food and product compositions
- Create and optimize prompts for AI image generation tools
- Ensure AI-generated visuals maintain the ESN brand look and feel
- Refine AI-generated assets and shooting images in Photoshop and InDesign for professional, brand-compliant results
