Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions
- Implement effective sourcing strategies
- Engage candidates and support successful onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to build candidate networks
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience required
- Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred
- Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
