Overview

We are looking for an Expansion Account Executive to grow our relationships with existing customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by identifying needs, building cases for investment, and owning the commercial process through to close.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, expansion or commercial account management.
• A track record of growing existing accounts through proactive selling, not only processing renewals or inbound upgrades.
• Strong discovery skills to move from a feature request to the underlying business problem.
• Confidence managing a full sales cycle, including demonstrations, business cases, negotiation and closing.
• The ability to build relationships with both day-to-day users and senior budget holders.
• Sound commercial judgement.
• Experience managing a portfolio, prioritising your time and keeping CRM records and forecasts accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Own expansion revenue across an assigned EMEA portfolio by managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build a proactive expansion pipeline using customer goals, adoption signals, account changes and conversations.
• Sell against a specific business problem by understanding the customer’s current workflow.
• Develop relationships beyond the original buyer with founders, ecommerce leaders, marketing teams, and finance stakeholders.
• Build credible business cases connecting proposed investments to valued outcomes.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to coordinate account plans and outreach.
• Run relevant demonstrations and evaluations with Solutions and product specialists.
• Manage the commercial process, confirming budget, decision-makers, procurement requirements and timelines.
