System Analyst
Overview
As a system analyst, you will be part of our development team to help design, enhance and build our HR platform in an agile development environment, you will work independently with minimal insight to develop software that conforms to Visa’s high standards.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
- 3 or more years of experience in leading the development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new enhancements in Workday
- Experience with Workday Core HR Operations (Human Capital Management), Talent Acquisitions & Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Domain Security configurations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, enhance and build our HR platform in an agile development environment
- Play part of multiple teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from building Custom Workday reports and calculated fields, BIRT Layout designs, Studio Integrations, EIB inbound and outbound integrations
- Work on unit testing, code reviews and regular check-ins to continuous integration
- Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to proactively identify and address issues and provide timely support
