Overview
The Merchant Opening Supervisor will oversee the deployment of merchant products and lead a team of field-based merchant openers to drive business growth and enhance merchant satisfaction within a specified zone.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Fluency in French
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good relational and sales skills
- Experience managing a team or experience in distribution
- Good analytical skills
- Work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of field-based merchant openers
- Support the merchant strategy and ensure activities align with quarterly objectives
- Support in growing operational activities
- Support in hiring, training and managing merchant team members
- Train, manage and assist merchant openers on a daily basis
- Follow up on individual performances and prepare team reports
- Assist on the onboarding of specific big partners
- Follow up on all inbounds from the support team in a specific location
