Requirements & Eligibility

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree with min 16 years of formal education in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Management or related business field
• Expected graduation completion date between March 2028 – August 2028
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
• Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables
• Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
