We are searching for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Wolt Market grocery stores in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will guide, coach, and develop a team, oversee day-to-day store operations, manage inventory, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and develop shift leads and store team members
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations including freshness, inventory, and stock management
• Handle hiring, training, daily feedback, and regular 1-on-1 meetings
• Improve store operations with the help of the Operations Team
• Participate in internal and external meetings
• Collaborate with other functions at Wolt to ensure good product selection
• Monitor shrink levels and control food waste
• Manage shift scheduling
