Role Overview
As a Data & Analytics Enablement Lead, you will own how teams find, understand, and act on data for themselves, setting the enablement roadmap and defining guardrails to make self-service safe.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the G&A data enablement roadmap, including approved data sources, certified dashboards, metric definitions and naming conventions
- Design role based enablement programmes and learning pathways for Finance, PX and leadership audiences
- Build exemplar analytics experiences such as G&A scorecards and performance dashboards
- Mature how AI is used responsibly in analytics
- Partner with senior leaders across Finance and HR to embed data into planning cycles, performance conversations and decision forums
- Influence central Data, BI and Governance teams so that G&A needs shape what gets built
Requirements & Eligibility
- Track record of designing and running enablement or change programmes that measurably shifted how business teams use data
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, ideally across Finance, People or other corporate functions
- Background covering modern analytics stacks, including SQL, cloud data warehouses, transformation tools such as dbt, and BI platforms such as Tableau
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance for different audiences
- Experience defining and tracking adoption, usage and outcome metrics
- Experience mentoring analysts and business users and lifting capability across the community
