Requirements & Eligibility
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Several years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar maintenance role
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with proven practical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience
- Must provide own tools and be able to read and interpret mechanical schematics, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems across two facilities.
- Troubleshoot and service motors, pumps, relays, circuit breakers, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, building improvement projects, and maintenance of HVAC and building automation systems.
