Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong full-stack experience working across web frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Go, or similar)
• Experience designing, implementing and rolling out A/B experiments
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset to take a brief PRD through design, implementation, rollout, and production monitoring
• Track record of shipping incrementally and iterating on data
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the store, item, basket, and checkout experiences on web, working primarily in React and TypeScript
• Contribute to backend services written in Golang
• Improve code structure, shape architecture, and review code across the team
• Partner closely with your Product Manager and fellow engineers to scope and ship changes to the ordering funnel
• Take part in the hiring process and support the growth of your teammates as the team scales
