We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer for our Growth team to build solutions, work across backend and frontend, and help scale our marketplace.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong fullstack experience — comfortable working across backend (Go, or similar) and web frontend (React/TypeScript)
• Experience designing, implementing and rolling out A/B experiments
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and short XP cycles
• Strong ownership mindset — able to take a brief/RFC through design, implementation, rollout and production monitoring
• Track record of shipping incrementally and iterating on data rather than big-bang launches
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents

Key Responsibilities

• Improve code structure, have an impact on architecture, and review code of any scope produced by your team
• Simplify the maintenance and operation of production systems, visibility, operational readiness, and health of your team's systems
• Build relationships with other engineering teams and identify collaboration opportunities
• Own larger pieces of work, assist with design and technical / implementation choices and influence the roadmap within your team
• Take an active role in the hiring process and conducting engineering interviews
• Support the personal growth of colleagues, encouraging efficiency in their roles
