Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong credit, financial, and risk analysis skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Practical experience embedding AI, large language models, or automation agents into analytical workflows
- English: Required — Fluent
- Korean: Required — Fluent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach Research Assistants and Rating Analysts in credit analysis, data discipline, and analytical tooling
- Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned financial institutions
- Prepare and review analytical inputs and key outputs, reconciling metrics and documenting assumptions
- Translate complex data and analysis into clear, client-ready narratives
- Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance
