Overview
The Principal Product Manager, Content Transformation will lead the evolution of content acquisition, interpretation, transformation, and integration into products, defining and executing a roadmap to modernize our approach to Content across our Direct Tax business using AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale business, operational, or workflow transformation initiatives
- Practical experience designing AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, or human-in-the-loop systems
- Passion for understanding the needs of both external customers and internal users
- Hands-on and outcome-oriented with experience testing solutions and analyzing workflows
- Excellent skills in driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform the Tax & Accounting content organization through AI and automation
- Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across content acquisition, interpretation, authoring, validation, maintenance, and product integration workflows
- Establish clear success metrics and business cases that demonstrate measurable operational and customer impact
- Partner closely with Product Content leaders, tax analysts, and domain experts to design future-state workflows
- Work hands-on with Engineering, Data Science, TR Labs, and business stakeholders to prototype and deliver AI-enabled capabilities
- Design and implement human-in-the-loop processes that balance automation, quality, compliance, and trust
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning Product, Content, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams
- Establish metrics to evaluate efficiency gains, quality improvements, cost savings, and business impact
